“I cannot recommend Intelligent Design enough. We had our ac stop cooling yesterday and Intellgent Design came out within an hour. They found and fixed the problem quickly and gave us a great price. Our system is 18 years old so we decided to get a quote for a new ac system installation. The estimate and payment options are great and we are planning to go with them. It’s nice to know that a local ac company in Tucson is there when you are in need of help.“

“Steamy did a professional job in mitigating our water damage issues. Always courteous, communicative and reliable. In our case, discussions and agreements with the insurance carrier was challenging and problematic and created a bit of friction. However, Steamy displayed courtesy and diplomacy at all times and were very responsive to homeowner concerns and issues that lead to successful resolution of all billing issues. Billing manager Seth Powell led that effort and successfully resolved all issues. Hopefully we will never have another water leak requiring mitigation. But, if we do Steamy will be called!

“Replacing underlayment on 25 year old tile roof. Original asphalt paper had become brittle and leaking was evident. Replaced with Polyglass TU Max. Several broken tiles were replaced as part of installation.

Crew showed up on designated day and continued each of the 7 days for the installation. Very hard working crew! Each day as work wrapped up, any exposed roof was covered and area on ground was cleaned of any debris. A trailer skip was used and taken away at end of each day to dump debris accumulated from the day’s work.

Pre and post installation photos were taken as well as work progress photos.

I feel very confident about the quality of this work and not having to worry about issues for many years.
