No actual leaks (yet) but wanted to get a head of anything. Monty got on my roof and inspected. He moved the tiles back into place....no need to replace, and did not charge me for the visit! He did find I had some cracked tiles that I will be replacing eventually but don't need to do right away because they are cracked at places where the tiles still under-lays the tile on top, so no leaking. “Replacing underlayment on 25 year old tile roof. Original asphalt paper had become brittle and leaking was evident. Replaced with Polyglass TU Max. Several broken tiles were replaced as part of installation.

Crew showed up on designated day and continued each of the 7 days for the installation. Very hard working crew! Each day as work wrapped up, any exposed roof was covered and area on ground was cleaned of any debris. A trailer skip was used and taken away at end of each day to dump debris accumulated from the day’s work.

Pre and post installation photos were taken as well as work progress photos.

I feel very confident about the quality of this work and not having to worry about issues for many years.

“I was referred to WCR by a friend and I contacted them to inspect my roof, which had not had any maintenance in at least 10 years. Anthony cleared explained the options to me and broke down the price differences. Once I selected the resurfacing option that worked for me, the work was scheduled and completed quickly. Photos were provided to show that the job was complete. When Andy came to do the final inspection, I pointed out that the missing tile hadn't been replaced yet. That work was completed the very next day. They did good work and were very professional, and everyone I interacted with was very responsive. The only suggestion for improvement is more communication while the crew was on my property. I knew when they were scheduled to arrive, but I wasn't notified that they had arrived or that they were finished for the day, or whether/when they would return. Quote was very reasonable, they were able to start the project in just over a week (mine was not an emergent roof issue). Albert was my point of contact and was amazing at communicating any unexpected extra repairs once the roof was demo'ed (luckily there weren't too many), answering all of my questions, sent pics every day of the progress, he went above and beyond on some final touchups - and when the project was done, cleanup was immaculate. And my roof is beautiful. I have full confidence in it! When it's time for the every-5-year recoats - I fully plan on using them again!
