“They were recommended by a trusted General Contractor. Although first communications took a little persistence on my part, once the ball was rolling, they estimated and replaced my roof within a few weeks. Their estimate was much lower than the only other quote I was able to obtain. Thus, I was scared that charges would accumulate as they found wood and such to replace. However, the end price was exactly what they estimated. The crew and owner was always friendly and respectful. Even though they reused my old tile (as requested) somehow the roof looks so much better and has improved the curb appeal of my house, which I wasn’t expecting. I’m no roof expert but it looks like they did a great job and I’m so happy I went with JMS Roofing!“

“Transformative. Trustworthy. Top-notch! We purchased a house built in '86, it needed work to say the least. We couldn't have anticipated the leak in our kitchen which, thanks to Southern Arizona Roof Associates' team, identified as bad flashing work around the chimney. While forced to deal with the roof repair and subsequent replacement of warped / rotting wood, we elected to remove the chimney / fireplace altogether which closed off our kitchen and in their place: two large Velux glass skylights. It improved the interior of our home immensely. No more leaks! Beautiful natural light only accentuated our vaulted ceilings, and even the moonlight gently illuminates our new open-floor plan kitchen / dining room. We can even close the blinds with a tap from our phones. And the exterior is so striking, our neighbors (many of whom have chimneys in the exact same spot) have asked for our contractor's name wanting the exact same service! Throughout the process, I learned too much about what poor work had been done prior to us owning the home, my wife and I couldn't recommend highly enough Roofer Dan (that's what we call him) and the whole SARA crew!“

“Awesome job and awesome people. I had a roofer who did the home inspection when we bought the house 4 months ago investigate a leak. His comment was “no leak-water infiltration from windy conditions”. Leak continued so I called Bill. He stopped by within a few days of my call, found the problem and did a temporary repair. No charge for the inspection and band aid he put on the problem. I got a proposal from him within 48 hours that was very reasonable. His crew arrived about week later and had repairs done in a few hours. They were efficient and very pleasant. I would not hesitate using Dessert Sky again and recommend them to everyone!“
