“We had them paint our new (to us) house exterior. They were extremely responsive and easy to work with from the initial quote to the final cleanup. Ernesto was the onsite project manager, he did an exceptional job (as did Alan and Pablo). The crew did a great job prepping and painting the house (to include some minor exterior repairs). We had a few minor changes through the effort (driven by us) and they adapted easily. The overall job took about a week and every night they took care not to leave a mess and keep the job site tidy. Justin (owner) was also great to work with and very communicative through the project. The initial price was good as were the add-ons that we did mid-project. Overall I'd highly recommend them.“

Supervisor has to over 30 years hands on experience designing & engineering stone coated roofs. Same level of experience installing stratified flat on-lay roofs with bonafide bonding and sealing agents. Very very satisfying to work honest people“

“Replacing underlayment on 25 year old tile roof. Original asphalt paper had become brittle and leaking was evident. Replaced with Polyglass TU Max. Several broken tiles were replaced as part of installation.

Crew showed up on designated day and continued each of the 7 days for the installation. Very hard working crew! Each day as work wrapped up, any exposed roof was covered and area on ground was cleaned of any debris. A trailer skip was used and taken away at end of each day to dump debris accumulated from the day’s work.

Pre and post installation photos were taken as well as work progress photos.

I feel very confident about the quality of this work and not having to worry about issues for many years.

“I was referred to WCR by a friend and I contacted them to inspect my roof, which had not had any maintenance in at least 10 years. Anthony cleared explained the options to me and broke down the price differences. Once I selected the resurfacing option that worked for me, the work was scheduled and completed quickly. Photos were provided to show that the job was complete. When Andy came to do the final inspection, I pointed out that the missing tile hadn't been replaced yet. That work was completed the very next day. They did good work and were very professional, and everyone I interacted with was very responsive. The only suggestion for improvement is more communication while the crew was on my property. I knew when they were scheduled to arrive, but I wasn't notified that they had arrived or that they were finished for the day, or whether/when they would return.
