Kyle Sorensen.. Came out to research provide plumbing solutions and quote. Do to his considerable knowledge, insights. I choose RAM's plumbing bid for the job. He provided advise on leak detection & Spot repairs on leak in house slab. RAM also is prioritizing the job due to no hot water. This a more complex job, that Kyle understood and walked me through. His bids were all very reasonable to others. His approach to workmanship, warranty and technical skills stood out. We chose Kyle and RAM plumbing at slightly higher price.... confident the major reroute of hot and cold supply pipes wii improve our house. Great job... recommend them.
David was very honest and upfront about weather or not he could fix my problem. He did take a look, told me what he thought the problem was, and told me that was out of his capability. He took the time to go under my RV even while suffering from a leg injury. He was very professional. I will recommend them to others, even though they could not help me.

David came out to take the assessment and give us a quote for replacing the tub drain waste assembly. He was very kind, prompt, considerate, and informative. He explained the process of what work would be done and how it would be done in a way that was informative without being condescending, which I appreciate. No work has been completed at this time so can’t comment on that but from the initial phone call to schedule the appointment to today’s assessment, so far so good :)
