“Boarded one of my cats here for a full workday because my apartment was getting a pest control treatment. While this location was more expensive than using something like Rover, the level of attention given to your pet here is unmatched and I felt like my cat was 100% safe in their care (probably even safer than at home with me if we're being honest!). The staff is helpful, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable about pets; you can tell they take their job very seriously. I would definitely recommend this boarding facility to anyone with a special needs cat or a senior cat.“

“Oh they did such a great job with Kamo dog! She was definitely getting past due on her grooming needs being such an active 10yr old pup. This was my first time bringing her to Infinite Pawsibilities but they took great care of her and finished so fast! I figured they’d need to shave her down more but they seemed to have no issue with keeping some length and I’m just still so impressed! Kam is a happy sparkling gal ready for summer now! “As a first time puppy owner this store is a life saver, their employees were extremely helpful they all have a great wealth of knowledge, friendly, courteous and went above and beyond for my puppy Sativa. One time when i went in to get her a martingale collar one of there employees helped size her for the collar and get the collar on her,i felt bad for him my puppy was nipping at his hands pretty much throughout but he maintained a calm and relaxed state while he got the collar on her. The last time i went she had an accident right after i was getting advice about preventing her from eating rocks i apologized and the employee helping me immediately reassured me it was ok and cleaned it up. Im terrible with names but im sure ill b back there soon and will update this review.“
