Dr Drips did a fantastic job replacing my 50 gal Rheem gas water heater, and in the process I learned so much about the water heater. I had a gas knob that broke and I couldn't get the pilot light on, out of 5 plumbers I called on a Thursday afternoon, he was the only one that picked up my call, and advised me of my options. Since I needed hot water the next day, I couldn't wait for the parts to arrive from Rheem, so I bit the bullet and asked him for a replacement; he was able to schedule me in the next day.
