Our unit was basically dead and only running on emergency heat. Josh Weaks assessed everything, gave us a clear breakdown of pros/cons of trying to repair vs purchasing a new unit, and helped us decide on the best unit for our home. Chris Fondaw was out the next day to install, including making improvements to our condensation run-off and leaving everything clean. Fast and professional service all around!
