Donelson Hot Yoga

Have started going to classes here regularly over the past couple of months. They hire some really talented (and really nice!) instructors here. Each of them has their own unique teaching style, which makes it feel like there is always a variety, even if I am going to two or three flow classes a week. Cannot forget about the cold lavender towels - such a great reward at the end of every class! I would consider it my new yoga "home" for the remaining time that I will be here in Nashville and cannot wait to check out more classes!

It's a fantastic studio with great instructors who are excellent at guiding yogis of all shapes, sizes, ages, and abilities. I feel welcomed and challenged (in a good way) every time I attend a session. The space is clean and modern.

Hot yoga Donelson is the best studio in Nashville. Super friendly, clean and affordable. I tried all the hot yoga in Nashville. I wish I had tried this studio sooner. The heat is perfect. I so far was lucky to take classes from 3 different instructors, they were all knowledgeable and friendly. I met both owners as well and their auras was on point. Donelson Hot Yoga is my new home studio.
