Absolutely love it here. They have everything you need, and the instructors are extremely welcoming. They offer a good class schedule & each instructor brings a different and fun vibe!
What a wonderful studio to practice Hot Yoga! We have taken classes with Melinda who is so kind, relaxed and a joy to learn from. We look forward to continuing to practice whenever we are in town. Namaste!

Each teacher brings something unique to their class, you can’t go wrong! Mats, towels, blocks, showers, & cool lavender towels all free amenities! I love being a member of the DHY community!
