First time to visit Manscape. Great experience all around. Online booking was fast and easy to navigate. Turned out my schedule got shifted on my end in Nashville the day of my visit, leaving me with an unplanned 3-4 hr wait before my scheduled appointment with Thomas. A simple text got my appointment shifted around last minute which was a very impressive accommodation on their part and eliminated my wait time. I don’t believe I would have seen that kind of effort from any corporate run salon. Thomas was my esthetician and I couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable experience in all aspects. Great experience with Thomas!! First time getting waxed and Thomas couldn’t have been more thoughtful, gentle and understanding!! Will be going back!!! Dudes…do yourself a favor and book with Thomas!!
First time getting anything waxed. Definitely an experience unlike any other. Thomas was an absolute angel and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the process. The entire staff and owner are all so lovely and friendly. I highly recommend this place
