The technicians have been proactive in solving problems, and the level of service and attention to detail has exceeded expectations. Although there was a minor issue with the fan blade rubbing the housing, the technician, Luis, replaced the fan blade and the motor assembly to ensure the customer's satisfaction.
I cannot rave about them enough. From the phone call to schedule the repair to the team that made the repair-- the service was friendly and professional. I had made the mistake of reaching out to someone I saw on the Nextdoor app. Big mistake. Myers was recommended by my neighbor. A real neighbor. Hah! Their techs clearly knew what they were doing and fixed it in no time and the cost was below what I was expecting. A very positive experience from beginning to end.
Needed to have our AC serviced, especially having the Evaporator Coils cleaned. Gary and Gab did a through cleaning of both inside and outside unit...Gary explained every step of the process...Super nice person...We had recently had Myers replace out main water line from the meter to the house and they did a fantastic job...Great service A+🏆🥇
Meyers is an excellent company. We’ve used them for maintenance, replacements, and emergencies, and their office staff and crews have always been friendly, super responsive and helpful.
