I am very thankful for the group at Nashville Refrigeration. They were quick to respond to our ice maker that was down. The technician was knowledgeable and informative and the people in the office were friendly. I will be using them in the future and highly recommend them.

Did the job right!Reach in Freezer...Thank God I got a second opinion! Maynard told me I needed a compressor($2500++) on my reach in freezer, the compressor worked fine, it was the relayer on the electronic board.Ice machine...Also,, my ice machine was just dirty on a hidden sensor. NRI, came out and actually took both my ice machine and freezer apart. Wow, I spent over $1500 on 3 or 4 separate workorders having them "fix" my ice machine. These people did the job right. It was a nice experience. A rare one these days.

I called Nashville Refrigeration in the late afternoon and they had a service technician sent to my location within hours. The person who took my call was super nice and the technician was courteous and helpful, explaining the issue and discussing the possible options for resolving it. Excellent service all the way around and I will most definitely be using them again.
