We hired Advance Appliance Services to fix a bottom freezer on our Bosch fridge that was left open for two weeks while we were out of town… We had been told by another service provider (who couldn’t do the work) that we needed a whole new compressor, which would have cost us around $1350. The Advance Appliance Services repair guy dug in further and found it was a fan issue (not a compressor issue), and as a result we saved $1000! It was a happy surprise and we will definitely keep using them as a result. Having an honest and knowledgeable service provider is so valuable when you find them! We can always count on Advance Appliance Service to accurately and efficiently diagnose and fix our appliances. They are our first call. This time it required removing and disassembling a combo microwave and convection oven built in unit to get to the one part that had failed and they got it done in an afternoon.Service: Microwave repair

No one likes to make the call for appliance repair, the dreaded $$$$. However, calling Advance Appliance was a great move on my part.In early July, I needed a technician to check on my washer. Wayne, the technician communicated with me exactly as the office said he would. He arrived with a smile on his face, gave a great overview as to what the issue was and took care of it.Recently, I needed work done on my oven, since I had a positive experience in July, I called Advance Appliance.This time Kevin come out to take a look at the oven.
