That’s when I came into Dr Jim’s office, where I found the answer to my back pain wasn’t in finding the right specialty, but incorporating all of it in the right order.

The spinal decompression treatments involve being stretched out on a decomp table (not as fancy looking as the expensive places, but the same results), cold therapy with massage, dry needling, inversion table, and adjustments. Every step is designed to provide both the adjustment needed to re-align and gain space in the spinal structure as well as re-hydrate the disc and strengthen the surrounding tissue.
