After looking all over Nashville for over a year, I found my best option in a semi-custom build from Frank Batson Homes. The floor plan ( I chose the two story Viila) is absolutely perfect and spacious without being too large for easy maintenance. The numerous optional upgrades offered affords the buyer a more custom feel without the custom cost of adding to an existing home. The warranties and HOA are excellent, which make for a worry free , carefree lifestyle.It’s been a pleasure working with this highly professional builder’s team. When deciding to downsize, I looked all over desiresd locations, and found the winner in a Frank Batson built home. Such value for the quality too. The floor plan (Villa 2-Story) is simply divine, so well designed! This company has been top notch in customer service and quality build from beginning to end of the building experience. Lovely neighbors and also the HOA is great. What a wonderful staff to work with also very attractive warranties come with purchase. . No worries here, only thanks and total satisfaction!
