“One of the best choices I've ever made. After going through not 1 but 2 other Nashville AC/HVAC companies who came out & did expensive repairs that only prolonged the problem. A friend recommend Broussard Services to me. The technician was there on time, immediately diagnosed the problem as the other two companies did but neither recommended a changeout of one of the units. They did. They were running a summer special I was unaware of & applied that discount to my bill. Talk about good people. In the meantime while I waited a few days for my changeout they repaired the problem free of charge for less than the first two companies & were honest enough to tell me it was only a temporary solution. Thank goodness I took my friend's advice. I was already $1000 in the hole & Broussard Services helped pull me out.
