Even with our dog being scratchy and volatile, everyone remained calm, reassuring, and supportive. As an owner, that made a huge difference. I never felt judged or rushed; instead, I felt like they truly understood the situation and cared about both my dog’s well-being and my comfort as an owner.

Dr. Thomas took the time to talk through a thoughtful plan to help Winnie feel more comfortable in the office going forward, which I really appreciated. It was clear this wasn’t just about getting through the appointment, but about building a better experience for future visits.

they do a nice job, what really impressed me was that during one bath a hair probably got into one dog's eye and it was pretty irritated. one of the staff members told me about it at pickup and promised to take care of any vet bills (which weren't needed).
