I have never had my hair this length, and throughout this whole process, Landy has been able to cut, style and shape my hair so that I never had to go through any sort of awkward phase. She has taught me how to wash and style longer hair. If I ever had a question, she would be prompt to respond. “Most of the time I have an amazing experience here. The beds are great and most employees are very pleasant and helpful. However one visit I had the employee trying to charge me over $40 bucks to pay in the instant bed (when they were running the $5 tans) she tried to tell me because I had participated in that earlier in the week I couldn't do it again. I've been going there for years so I knew better. I was leaving and she said, "oh it's gonna let me give it to you now." I wish I would've gotten her name but I haven't seen her in there since so hopefully someone else reported her“
