Pro: Easy to make an appointment, I can buy refills within one year of the exam, going in person or by phone has always worked, the tech and the doctor are courteous and efficient.
And its not far from my daily rounds.

“Stopped in the other week expecting to walk out with the same problem I came in with. I was looking for a minor, but very specific, fix on a pair of sunglasses. Even tho it was something that they usually do not handle, they took time out of their day to try and help. We ended up with a solution that I was more than happy with. It felt like they really just wanted the best for me the whole time I was there. After all that, they would not accept my money, they just told me to pass it on.
