“Nicholson’s does a good job for the price, speed, and convenience. I generally wash and hang dry most of my family’s clothes and then have them “press only” so that my garments are perfect and super clean. They also do a good job at alterations - hemming and more complex items. There are way more high-end and outstandingly expensive drycleaners in Nashville - I’ve tried them all and paid $175 for one cashmere sweater to be cleaned - but Nicholson’s did just as good a job as the most expensive places. They have never ruined an item and the team is very nice and turns things around super quickly. I’ve been going there almost weekly for two years and would recommend them if you are Germantown, East, etc.”

“Customer Service!!!<br>I have no affiliation with Bordeaux Cleaners or with Josalyn. Today was my first time meeting her and my first time using Bordeaux Cleaners since moving to this side of town.<br><br>I had spent time researching several highly rated dry cleaners in the Green Hills area and even drove there planning to compare a few of them. After seeing the prices, my girlfriend suggested I try Bordeaux Cleaners because of its long-standing reputation for quality service to the Bordeaux community and many of its professionals. I decided to wait until today instead of using one of the Green Hills cleaners, and I’m glad I did!<br><br>I arrived a little before Josalyn returned from lunch, waited a few minutes, and was greeted with a warm smile right on time. She carefully went over my garments, gave extra attention to my seersucker suit, and never made me feel rushed. Her professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail were outstanding. To make it even better, the price was about half of what I had been quoted elsewhere.<br><br>Josalyn was a tremendous representative of Bordeaux Cleaners and deserves recognition for providing exceptional customer service. Not to mention, she was manning the front counter alone at this time but was very efficient!<br>Let’s do a better job of recognizing great customer service in our community and support our young people when we see them doing a great job. A positive review only takes a minute, costs nothing, and means a lot to the people who earn it.<br><br>**Again, I have no affiliation with Bordeaux Cleaners or any of its employees. This review is based solely on my first customer service experience. I’ll follow up after I pick up my clothes next Tuesday with a review of the quality of their work.<br><br>July 8, 2026 (Part 2)<br><br>As promised, I’m following up after getting my clothes back!<br>When I first visited, I mentioned that I chose Bordeaux Cleaners over several other dry cleaners in the Green Hills area because of their overall ratings, even though some of the customer service reviews for Bordeaux made me a little hesitant. I’m glad I gave them a chance because my experience was the complete opposite.<br>The customer service was outstanding from start to finish, and now I can also speak to the quality of their work. I had several suits cleaned and pressed, and the creases and overall presentation were excellent. I also had a seersucker suit with multiple ink pen stains on the pants and a noticeable ring around the collar. They did such a great job that, if I hadn’t known where the ink stains were, I probably wouldn’t have found them afterward.<br><br>Based on both the customer service and the quality of the work, I can confidently give Bordeaux Cleaners 5 out of 5 stars. They’ve earned my future business, and I highly recommend them.”
