“Update:The owner reached out directly soon after the review was posted. He offered to refund the trapping fee and do the trapping as well. He was extremely professional and took the time to reach out on a non-business day.We hired Trapper Jack to deal with a squirrel problem. After paying for supposedly 10 days of trapping, the Trapper Jack employee never showed up again despite my consistent texts telling we could still clearly hear the squirrels.This company essentially stole $500 from us by failing to honor their contract. As you can in the photos the squirrels are now somehow inside our house. Only use this company if you want to have your money stolen and continue to have a pest problem.“
