“Andy did a very impressive job today with the quarterly pest control services. He was most courteous and professional in getting the job completed. I am always grateful for ClearDefense and the service is always A+. I had used Clear Defense at a prior residence and am grateful they can handle the pest control at my current residence. Service today as expected, was outstanding. Andy was excellent.

“**Update** I've been using Urbanex now for 3 years, and not only has the service been consistent, but even every time I had a concern at all they were right here taking care of it right away! Even though I live very far, they make a time right away to take care of us. Demetrius has been our technician for some time now and has done a great job! Thank you Demetrius!
These guys are always amazing. Evan went out of his way to make sure I was getting the service I needed, and even the concerns I had when he got here that he was unaware of. The fact that I could ask him for help with an issue that he wasn't coming for to begin with, and he made sure to handle that as well anyway, is very comforting and reassuring. I have always been treated professionally and with respect, and Evan was no different. Thank you to Evan and to Urbanex!”
