Evan and the other two technicians were super professional, took pride in being meticulous about their work, explained everything really well, and were nice on top of it. We’ve used Procare to care for our wool rugs for years! They have amazingly been able to get out wine stains as well as clean our rugs after pet accidents/odors! HIGHLY recommend!

Lucas, the technician, arrived on time and did an estimate. It seemed very reasonable. He carried out the cleaning in the estimated time frame. He was very organized and efficient. I learned a lot about different types of carpets- he knew his trade! There are instructions on what to do after the cleaning while carpets are wet. I was impressed with this company. This is the second time they have cleaned carpets fir us and I recommend them highly.November 2023. Javier arrived on time and did a super job on some very soiled carpets. This is the third time we have had Pro-care and they have been excellent. Thank you.
