Everyone at this location have been totally wonderful to deal with. One of the owners, David, went far and above demonstrating superb customer service that is so rare these days. He handled an unfortunate manufacturer issue with compassion, understanding and made the situation right!! The manager Mike is well organized and ready to help as well. My original contact was Darrell- this guy is a wonderful person to help narrow down options. He has vast product understanding and he's extremely patient with "high maintenance" (I admit it!) customers like me. Great people make great organizations!

I needed tile for a guest house. BFD has a great selection! Impressed with the number of choices. The staff was super helpful. I felt bad because it was so hot & they loaded pur trailer by hand. 35 cases. They never complained. Great folks. I will definitely return if/when we need flooring again.

Hands down better than Home Depot. Darrel helped me pick out tile and I was out the door in 15 minutes. Home Depot was a fiasco trying to find a store with enough in stock, but when they said they had it they didn't pull it. Paid extra to have it delivered and they called 45 minutes before after waiting all day to say they didn't have it because probably someone bought it.
