This is the place to go for an inclusive, positive Pilates experience every time. I'm over a year into Pilates here and feel so strong. Every instructor I have met has been incredibly kind.

Checked out this studio as a Pilates first-timer and have been loving it! Pilates as a form of movement is lovely, and the instructors here, combined with the tiny four-person classes, make it accessible to learn for someone of any size or level. It's an expensive workout but the intimate space and attention I get to motions and posture make it feel worth the price. They offer individual classes, packs of classes, and a variety of monthly plans, so I've been taking advantage of class packs while I decide if I'll invest in a monthly plan.

Amazing, fantastic, exceptional studio and teachers here at NPC. HIGHLY recommend this studio to anyone looking for a place to call home. All levels, all are welcome. If you are nervous or unsure about trying Pilates, definetly start here =)
