I also really appreciated her philosophy of “the smallest effective dose” as I was a little hesitant to start getting medication as I didn’t wanna become over reliant on it. Trina did an excellent job helping me find a middle ground where I was still receiving the help I needed, but didn’t feel like I had to take the same cocktail of pills every single day for the rest of my life. She understood my needs changed from day to day and help me find solutions that made me feel in control of my mental health. I would definitely recommend Trina if you are looking for someone who will approach your care by looking at you as a human and understanding all your nuances.“

“Dr. Jones has done surgery on both of my shoulders, with the last one being done on 3/4/26. I would not have any other Dr then Dr. Jones and his amazing staff. That whole team is the best ! If you are needing any Ortho surgeries see Dr. Jones. He takes time and explained everything and what to expect. His staff also takes time to explain and answer any questions that you may have.

I had such an amazing experience with Strassers surgical team and cannot thank them enough for their care. From start to finish, everyone was kind, professional, and attentive.
The anesthesiologists were fantastic they took the time to walk me through everything, which really eased my anxiety. I want to give a special shout-out to Colleen, who was quite simply the best nurse I could have asked for. She was incredibly nice, compassionate, and helped calm my nerves right before the procedure. Also, a huge thank you to my post-op/recovery room nurse! He was equally amazing, kind, and attentive. I believe his name started with an 'R' (Ronald, maybe?), and I really appreciated his warmth while waking up.

“I recently had CO2 laser treatment done by Katie, and I truly cannot say enough about my experience. As someone who was understandably nervous about a procedure known for being quite painful, Katie made every moment as comfortable as possible. She was kind and gentle from start to finish- providing a cold air blower, ice packs, and breaks whenever needed. But what stood out most was how she prepared me mentally throughout. She explained everything she was doing in real time and even took the time to explain why certain areas might be more sensitive than others. That level of communication made a world of difference.
Katie clearly genuinely cares about her patients, and that showed in every small detail, including walking out to my car after the procedure to grab my hat so I wouldn’t be exposed to the sun. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare and didn’t go unnoticed.
I was also warmly greeted by Debbie upon arrival, which set the tone for the entire visit. The whole team made me feel cared for and at ease.
I drive from downtown Nashville to come here, and I will absolutely make that drive again for future procedures. If you’re considering CO2 laser and are nervous about the experience-ask for Katie. You’re in the best hands.“

“When I was in high school, I had incredibly bad neck pain. I had been to chiropractors, which helped for a few days but never actually solved the issue. I went to Preston, twice, and just like that, years of neck pain was gone. His business model is to see you a few times and send you on your way, unlike a chiropractor who wants to see you every week. When I have a neck or a back issue, usually from the gym, I go back to him and he solves it every time. There’s a reason he used to work with the Titans and Predators. Thanks, Preston!“

“I've seen a handful of doctors and specialists at Vanderbilt over the years and this is one of my preferred locations, despite the traffic around the area. The auxiliary staff (security guards, secretaries, etc.) are all very friendly and helpful, which is important since it can be easy to get turned around. The clinic also has a free valet service. They are always busy, but still provide quick service with a smile. It's definitely worth the extra drive to come to this facility.“

“I love my nurses here Theresa, Sharon, Jenny, Linda..... I love them! When you're facing the front desk, there's a sweet woman with a pleasant accent that sits on the right side and in the middle. She's always kind, warm and professional. Try to check in with her if you can. The older woman on the left on the end with the glasses can sometimes be borderline curt, cold, or short with people. I wouldn't call her unpleasant. But I suspect she doesn't really love people all that much. Otherwise, everyone else is always great.“
