“5 stars all the way. We needed an emergency repair and they came out first thing next day and got us up and running quickly. They were very courteous and polite and I would absolutely recommend them. Two things I enjoyed about the experience is that they allow for easy digital payments which was nice. Also prices were reasonable. They have a fee to come out to you but that fee is applied to your total bill which is nice compared to other places. Its also not outrageously high compared to other places.While I hope I don't have to use them again soon, when I do I will be using them for sure.Service: Washer/dryer repair“

“We hired Advance Appliance Services to fix a bottom freezer on our Bosch fridge that was left open for two weeks while we were out of town… We had been told by another service provider (who couldn’t do the work) that we needed a whole new compressor, which would have cost us around $1350. The Advance Appliance Services repair guy dug in further and found it was a fan issue (not a compressor issue), and as a result we saved $1000! It was a happy surprise and we will definitely keep using them as a result. Having an honest and knowledgeable service provider is so valuable when you find them!
