I always have a good experience when I take my dog to Richland! Communication is clear, I feel like I’m able to ask questions to better understand her care, and the staff genuinely care about the animals they see.

Love love love. My baby was sick from the weekend and even short handed on a Monday am, they got us in and took care of us every day until he was better. He’s back to himself and I couldn’t be more grateful.

RAC is the absolute best! My golden retriever has seen many of the veterinarians and techs there since he was 10 weeks old, and every single employee has always treated him like he was their own dog. They are always so nice and have been so accommodating of his initial “vet fear” that he now goes running in so excited for his appointments. I appreciate their openness and honesty about taking the best care of him, without pushing anything that would be unnecessary. I’d recommend them to anyone in the Nations/ Charlotte Park/ West Nashville community!
