During our girls trip to Nashville, we decided to treat ourselves to massages, and we were thrilled with the experience. Both of our therapists were exceptional, but I particularly loved mine as she incorporated stretching into the massage, which was exactly what I needed. I must admit, I left feeling a bit sad that she isn't located in my hometown to become my regular masseuse. The customer service at Adagio Spa was great, and the owner, Bascha, was incredibly kind. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Adagio Spa for all your massage needs.

I had a massage with Jordan. She did a great job relaxing my tight calves and shoulders after a week of hiking. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.Would definitely come back when in Nashville!
