We booked a private group class at sanctuary yoga for my bachelorette and Daphne was WONDERFUL. The studio was full of natural light and was very welcoming. My group had all levels of yoga students and Daphne made the hour long practice fitting for all of us. We all felt great and had the best time the rest of the weekend. We all wish we had a sanctuary yoga studio with a Daphne back in our hometowns. Namaste <3
There are so many good things to say about Sanctuary! Daphne is an incredible teacher, she’s kind, thoughtful and intentional with her classes and all the interactions she has with each student. All of the instructors here are so friendly and ready to welcome you! I loved it so much here that I completed my teacher training with Daphne! I highly recommend y this studio, beginner, advanced, in between, you will find your place here. :)
The studio is beautiful, large, and has a lovely relaxing vibe. I've only attended Cameron's restorative and yin classes, but they are a little bit of heaven. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I also really appreciate the lockers and the plentiful props. It truly is a sanctuary.
