“I reached out to Halo to see about having the headlights restored on a new to me vehicle. Jeremy was able to get me scheduled easily and quickly. The technician showed up on time to begin the work. I let Jeremy know during booking as well as the tech that I had tried one of the headlight restoration kits and had made good improvement on them but that I was needing a professional to get them the last bit. The tech said it did not appear that the hazing was inside of the headlights and that he should be able to get them looking better. About an hour and 15 minutes after the techs arrival I got the text that he was finished. Once meeting him back outside I found that neither headlight looked significantly or even slightly better. The tech made maybe 5-10% improvement on one side but the other looked identical to how I had gotten it myself. The tech said after the job that the hazing was inside and this was is good as they could get. This was quite a disappointment as I was expecting improvements by having a professional work on them. Not wanting to put the tech on the spot after they had been outside in the heat working on them, I paid the previously agreed upon amount and thanked them for their time. Perhaps he wasn't the best tech for that job or maybe my lights are as good as they're going to get, but being told beforehand that they believed they could improve them and then afterwards being told differently is disappointing. Based on other reviews it seems The quality of Halo detailing is top notch, but this first job with Halo is a bummer.

Update-I received a call from Halo shortly after my service and subsequent review. I spoke with Harrison about my service and results. Harrison was understanding and offered me a credit towards a future Halo service or detailing. I appreciate the offer and Halo going above and beyond to address a customer whose expectations were not met one way or another. I will likely have Halo do a paint correction on this car and see what magic they can work.“

What stands out most is how thorough and careful Neil is. He didn’t just focus on the paint and call it done. He treated the whole vehicle properly, including the plastic trim, the top, and the lighting. Broncos have a lot of exterior surfaces that need the right kind of attention, and Neil clearly knows exactly how to care for them.

I’m extremely particular about this truck, and Neil is the only person I would allow to touch it. His workmanship, professionalism, and consistency are why I came back to him for the follow-up application, and he delivered again. If you care about your vehicle and want it treated the right way, I can’t recommend Neil and Master Auto Detailing highly enough.“
