Just attended my first class and it was great! The teacher was helpful and supportive of all levels, and I got a great workout that pushed me but not too much. I'll be back soon!Edit to answer the owner's response/question: Though I had a very good experience overall, I took a star off because there were very few lockers and very small locker rooms. I know that the doors lock during each class, but that's not nearly as secure as having private lockers and the space to use them.

I've been to several hot yoga studios across Nashville, but keep coming back to Hot Yoga of East Nashville. The instructors are all very friendly, engaging, professional, and proficient. The classes are diverse and welcoming to all individuals and experience levels. The space is comfortable and well-maintained. As with any and every metro business, parking is tricky, but they have gone out of their way to create a parking arrangement directly across the street that is free.

This has been my home studio for the past 8 years. They offer a variety of classes from Hot 26, Power Flow, Buti, Restorative, & Yin to name a few. There is truly a class style for everyone interested in the practice of yoga. They also offer free classes at certain times on Wednesdays with any donations going to the Martha O’Bryan Foundation. This is a Yoga Community that promotes Love & Inclusivity for all. Each instructor brings something special to this studio, which makes HYE such a Unique Gem! If you’re an established practitioner or new to the practice I would definitely recommend Hot Yoga of East Nashville 10/10!
