Serenity was amazing. She walked me through everything. For my first experience it was better than what I expected. The breathing exercises were on point and made the process a lot smoother. I highly recommend her. I will be back. Serenity was polite, patient, and very friendly.

Lillian was welcoming and professional. This was my first wax and she made me feel comfortable and she was knowledgeable about any questions I had. Seem to be a people person. We had great conversation the entire appointment, that made me feel more at ease. I think she did a great job and was very nice!
