I’ve seen Dr. Lydia since the second trimester of my pregnancy, and finally gave birth to my son 8 weeks ago! I attribute much of my positive labor/birth experience to regular chiropractic care at ENC throughout pregnancy - I labored for roughly 12 hours and pushed for only about 30 minutes. I was able to have the unmedicated birth that I wanted, and I feel 100% that chiropractic care helped my body be in alignment for birth, and helped my son to get into and stay in the optimal position for birth! Dr. Lydia is truly amazing!! My family has been seeing her since she joined the clinic and she has completely transformed postpartum and early motherhood for me. Not only with myself but my son has been seeing her since he was 5 weeks old and truly changed our lives. He was on the verge of colic and over-exhaustion only sleeping 8 hours total for a day when he was a newborn. Within 2 days of seeing Dr. Lydia he was sleeping 15 hours total for a day! She is so kind in helping you understand root issues and works with you to figure it out. Could not recommend her enough!! We love Dr. Lydia!!! Dr Lydia and the whole team at East Nicole chiropractic are a delight.The treatment philosophy here is all about working with what your body is telling them, and making adjustments from there, which I really appreciate.Dr Lydia listened to my concerns, was very patient in answering my many questions, and more importantly, skilled in her adjustments that got me back on track from some serious lower back pain.I love the treatment approach here and the whole vibe of the office, couldn’t recommend more!
