Hands down the best yoga studio I have ever been to. I lived in Nashville for 2 years and discovered NYCo early on and became addicted to the mental challenge of getting through a class and the reward it offered mentally and physically at the end. I have since moved to the Dallas area and have not found a studio in the same universe as this one; if I could transport this wonderful studio I would, it’s that great.
I have been going to NYCo Yoga for many years. The studio is always clean and welcoming. The classes are excellently run. The instructors are attentive and clearly embody the teachings. I have grown in my practice. Thanks!
