I heard about Ponce Law through their TV commercials and had previously used their services, so when I had a premise liability case from a fall at a gas station, I knew who to call. The gas station was quick to cover themselves and didn’t check on me at all. They wanted me to fill out an incident report, but thankfully, my friend advised me to contact an attorney instead.

I was involved in a serious car wreck in October 2023 in Nashville, where I was rear-ended by a distracted driver. The impact from her rear ending me was so severe that it totaled the other driver’s car, and to make matters worse, she had no insurance to help me with my medical bills or even my car. The whole experience was incredibly frustrating, especially since the girl never acknowledged my pain or offered an apology.
