“I have been coming to Billingsley chiropractic center since my middle school years so about 15 plus or more years me and my family started coming back then, and I have continued to still come own my own as an adult , and I absolutely love it , everyone is so kind and welcoming and it’s been the same faces pretty much since I been coming so it’s like a family outside of your own family , they do what is best for you and your body to feel better every time you come , I highly recommend it if you looking for a place and a good place to help your body out, it’s a genuine loving place and everyone here has compassion, if I could give more then 5 stars I would, thank you all for all your help throughout the years.“

I went in there for an ankle fracture I got at work and they helped me a lot! Anthony is a goofy guy but he’s very professional at the same time! He loves making everyone laugh but also values how you’re feeling and gives you the best care regarding your injury. I loved being able to work with him! He really got me to where I am today — I didn’t leave fully 100% since the doctor cleared me, but he made sure to make a plan for me to take home and work on my ankle more. Even though I was usually with Anthony, I also had the opportunity to work with Millie, Emily, and Rachel. They all helped me get to where I am today. “I was experiencing some acute knee pain for almost two weeks after doing some yardwork. I was debating about going to prompt care when a friend suggested physical therapy. I tried Victor Physical Therapy and surprisingly felt better after some massage/manual therapy. My walking got better and felt more comfortable while I was able to bear more weight. Victor diagnosed it as a hamstring strain and a medical collateral ligament sprain. It was worth the drive from the north side of Indianapolis to his clinic. I highly recommend this Physical Therapist.“

“I owe Integrated Health Solutions a lot. This post wont due the treatment I received justice and is long overdue. I found Dr. Charbel Harb after a violent car crash. I had such severe pain in my legs that I could barely walk, and neck/back pain which made it difficult to function regularly at work or even trying to sleep at night. X-rays and MRIs didnt show any broken bones or tears, but my body was experiencing pains in ways that I would have never imagined before the accident. Most doctors would just prescribe medications or refer you elsewhere. No other doctor has ever mentioned dry needling, the specific stretches recommended, or would have understood the pain I was in due to the lack of supporting imaging. At first I was skeptical because I have seen other chiropractors and doctors, but after each visit at IHS I'd feel better than the last. I'll never forget how Dr. Harb was so skilled that he could easily feel with his fingers where the treatment should be, as if it was written in braille. We could both simultaneously feel what the x-rays and MRIs couldnt see, which was the pain that I had been trying to explain to other doctors. I also truly appreciate how thorough he was with my treatment. I admit that I was skeptical and unsure at first if I would ever get better due to the pain and intensity of the accident, but today I have high hopes that one day I will be fully restored if I keep using his excercises, dry needling and even cryotherapy. I cant thank him and IHS enough.“

“This was my first time ever going to physical therapy after a shoulder injury, and Megan was absolutely incredible. She made even the sessions where I was in unbearable pain so much better. Megan is not only sweet and personable but also extremely knowledgeable. She explains everything as you do it, so you understand how it’s helping you.
