“Extremely satisfied with their services. I originally wasn’t going to use my insurance company for a leak in the master bedroom of my rental property, until I received a price for repairs from another company- which had high reviews. The quote I received from the first company was for over $8000. I ended up opening a claim and that company could not give the insurance company a breakdown on their estimate for what they were going to repair, so insurance at first said they couldn’t cover it.I talked to my adjuster and had him refer me to a company of their choice and he recommended Impact Restoration. I had the leak in the bathroom for almost a month now just trying to get this resolved. During Thanksgiving week, Mike Myers and his team from Impact Restoration saw it was an urgency and made time on their schedule to get the leak fixed asap. It turns out the first company misdiagnosed the leak completely and would’ve charged me over $8000 to replace the main water line to the house, and that would not have solved the issue!! The first leak detection company misdiagnosed where the leak was by about 3 feet. Mike and his team gave me another leak detection company’s info which found the leak to be in the master bedroom.Since it turned out the damage was inside the house instead of outside, it then became covered under insurance. They completed the repairs all in a few hours!!!! They also saved me thousands of $$!! These people know what they’re doing and I would recommend them to anyone for plumbing repairs, even if it’s in the slab of the house like mine was. Appreciate them making the time during a holiday week, being professional in their work and completing the repairs in an extremely timely matter. On top of that they cleaned up after their work was complete, which the other company failed to do after digging a hole in the concrete of my bathroom!!After repairing the leak, his team is also going to be doing the flooring for my home and they are working directly with the insurance company. The first company caused stress and headache and had my tenant and me working with them for almost a month for nothing to be resolved. Mike and his team handled this from start to finish in the easiest way and dealt directly with the insurance without me having to follow up constantly to get my issues resolved. If I ever need any major repairs, Impact Restoration will be the first company I call!! Again they saved thousands to me and my insurance company and know what they’re doing!!!“

“First I want to say that I don't usually write reviews, but given my experience with the team at Mint Properties I felt compelled to write a little note. My wife and I wanted to replace the doors and windows in our home and after an exhaustive look into our options we were still struggling with what product to buy and what contractor to use for the install. That's when I reached out to Tasheana and Miguel. We chatted for a few minutes on the phone and Tasheana said she would have their project manager give me a call and to my surprise minutes later Daryl Skirvin called. I told him about our project and he scheduled a time to come see our house. After looking at our home and talking about our options Daryl and Miguel assured us Sun Windows and Doors would be an excellent choice, so that's what we ordered. The doors and windows are now installed and we absolutely love them. I want to thank the Mint Properties install crew, with a special shout out to Chris the Lead Finish Carpenter on the job, thank you for your attention to detail. “Elk Roofing came highly recommended to me by a general contractor/handyman I have used for smaller jobs around my home. I had a leak in the roof near my chimney flashing, and the job required more expertise than my handyman felt he had. I had a few larger roofing companies come out to give estimates, and all were either unwilling to do smaller jobs or had prices that seemed far too high for a relatively minor leak repair that was almost certainly caused by sealant failure. Elk came out within a couple days of my initial call (this was a minor leak and did not require immediate repair) and performed a thorough inspection of my roof. They agreed with my assessment that the leak was relatively minor and due to sealant failure, although they noted that some of the decking surrounding the leak would need replacement. They provided a very reasonable estimate, which included the full cost of materials. I hired Elk for the job and all work was completed within the week. Elk removed the shingles from the surrounding area and replaced the damaged decking with new plywood. They even took the time to match my shingles perfectly, ensuring that the repair would not be visible, and did a superior job flashing the chimney. It has been more than six months since the repair and I have had no further issues. After the job was complete, Elk took the time to help me store the excess shingles and plywood in my backyard shed, just in case they are needed for future repairs. As a bonus, they were less expensive than any of the big roofing companies I had out, and the contractor who did my job seemed far more experienced/knowledgeable than the technicians who provided my initial estimates. I was very pleased with the prompt, professional work I received and would definitely hire Elk again!“
