In the last few years, we had been having a sewer backup happening once or twice a year So this last time it had happened so I had researched who to call I stumbled on NU FLO Indy I was impressed with what others were saying so I called to schedule a Inspection It revealed a cast pipe under our basement was starting to Fail They were on time and very professional after receiving there estimate we elected to proceed with the repair I could not be more pleased these Guys are great I would not hesitate to recommend them for anyone needing a sewer line repair I would give them a 6 star if it would let me .
Bobby from NuFlow was excellent to work with. He came out to provide an estimate for a broken sewer pipe after we started experiencing some backup into our home. He took the time to thoroughly assess the situation and clearly explained both an immediate fix option as well as a longer-term solution that he highly recommended.
What stood out most was how personal, understanding, and honest he was throughout the entire process. He made sure we understood our options without any pressure and was extremely professional from start to finish. Had a great experience with this company. These are professionals, unlike two other big companies I dealt with during our plumbing ordeal.
NuFlow was able to come out and do the trenchless UV cured-in-place pipe replacement of our main line in a single day.
We saved over $18k from what we were quoted, by a large regional plumbing company, to dig up and replace the line (and that didn’t include the cost of repairing the yard afterwards!).
