The owner, *****, promised to have someone here in a day, he explained who exactly would be showing up, and when I mentioned a smaller nest that I could probably handle myself this winter, he said they could just go ahead and handle it for no extra cost.The gentleman who showed up, ****, was very professional looking, explained exactly what he would be doing, and provided information about what to expect over the next couple of days based on the life cycle and behavior of hornets. Besides how great this company was in handling my problem, their price was much better than expected. Besides handling insects, they also are experienced in rodent control. Should another need arise in the future I will definitely be calling Black Hawk.
