Chloe handles my spicy Siberian kitty’s grooming and she’s amazing. Great attitude and does an amazing job. The communication is great, the systems they use are organized (reminders, confirmations, etc). Totally worth it. I also get my little senior dog groomed next door and they do a great job too. I can’t say enough good things. The whole team is awesome.
Nicole was amazing! She had both of my siamese cats nails clipped so fast and without any problems that I barely had a second to sit down! Absolutely amazing...and my cats were not remotely upset or bothered at all.
I called another groomer and they were not taking anymore cats at the time. They recommended Purrsnips and I'm so glad they did! First off their location is so cute and very inviting! My girl Temperance is a wiggly girl who is never around other people other than myself and my husband. She is usually very scared! Well not with Nicole! She was so calm and very brave! I'm so glad I choose this groomer! I will be back!
