I did yoga with our first but had a tough delivery, I can tell that I am so much stronger this time and feel less nervous going into it. “Just started working out here and such a big fan already! This site is in broad ripple proper, but there is a good amount of parking. The location is clean and the instructor I've had has been super nice and accommodating to a new beginner. I started with a beginner class on a Sunday, which I'm glad I did before my first normal class. At the beginner class, they teach you the basics of the moves and machine but it's still a workout! The work out involves slow movements and you really feel the burn! You work different muscle groups, and each class seems to focus on certain muscle groups. The class has upbeat music the whole time and the instructor guides you throughout and can adjust you as needed. The instructor knows how many classes you've taken and can help based on that. I've loved it so far!“

“I was in from out of town and thought I would give hot yoga a go for the first time! I have done limited yoga as of recent. First we were welcomed very kindly, all of the staff interacted with us and made us feel at home! After getting ready for the class, another gentleman was very friendly and made a suggestion to me which was really beneficial! Then I met Trey, the very welcoming person teaching the class. He again explained a few things very simply and included us in encouraging our journey during the session. He even came over and gave me an alternate exercise for one I was struggling with. All in all it was very hot, challenging and refreshing! Thanks you Trey, all the staff and even the other customers that made it all feel very warm and inviting! I will definitely be back!“

“The class was small, and the instructor Amanda was really nice and helpful. If you think it's easy because it seems as if u are just sliding, nope . It is definitely hard work, but you feel great afterward.“
