I usually have a good experience when I tan & spray tan here. However, I got a spray tan 8 hours ago & haven’t seen any change in my skin tone. I have gotten dozens of spray tans here & would normally be significantly darker by now. This happened once before & when I mentioned it the next time I came in, they informed me that they had selected the wrong color (light instead of dark). I am not sure if that is what happened this time.. but I hope this doesn’t become a regular thing because I love their spray tans. I plan on calling them when they open tomorrow. Kinda bummed but I am hoping we can come to a resolution when I talk to them tomorrow.
I've been going to Sun Tan City for several years. I love the results from tanning in the beds, spray tanning, and more recently, the Wellness Spa options. The customer service is always excellent no matter the time of day. Most recently, I wasn't having the best of days but the smiles and cheerfulness of the employees upon entering, lifted my spirits up. I meant to ask their names, but forgot. The visit was August 23, around 2:00. I just want to give a huge thanks to the two girls for having such a great attitude!
Love the East St location. The girls that work there are awesome and always make sure you know about deals and upgrades. I know it’s their job to upsell but they really do try and make sure you get the best deal for your $.
