The communication is great, the systems they use are organized (reminders, confirmations, etc). Totally worth it. I also get my little senior dog groomed next door and they do a great job too. “We love City Way fountain square!! We saw Kellyn and Dr. Davidson today who were both awesome. The team is always knowledgeable, helpful, and thoughtful, and the place is super clean. They provide accurate cost estimates before starting services, and it’s easy and convenient to get meds there. The appointments are timed well so we never have to wait too long, and the exam is thorough but not too overstimulating for Cosmo. They give her lots of lickable treats and work with her comfort level without manhandling her too much. I’m lucky to have a cat who doesn’t get super freaked out at the vet, but Kellyn gave her some time to get comfortable and both she and the doctor gave her soooo much love :)“

When I adopted a new and very skiddish rescue last year, they sat in the room with us on the floor making her comfy before touching her! They really make me feel like my time with them is important, they listen to my concerns, and thoughtfully explain costs and outcomes. “I cannot recommend Feelin-Groovy Dog Grooming enough! I took my German Shepherd in for a bath and de-shed treatment, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. Right at drop-off, the groomer spoke with me directly, which immediately put me at ease. The facility is great—you can see all the dogs in their spacious, clean kennels, which provides a lot of transparency. What impressed me most was the groomer’s knowledge of the breed. Often, groomers can be critical of GSDs due to their vocal nature or anxiety, but she was incredibly understanding of what inherently bothers them. I picked up the cleanest dog I’ve ever seen and, more importantly, a happy one. If you have an 'anxious' breed, this is the place to go!“

Her services are top notch, she's compassionate and caring, always let's me know if she notices any concerns about my dogs that may need attention, and my fur babies always look clean and neatly groomed. I can admit I'm a little picky, but Cindy is patient and she tailors my dogs' cuts to my requests. Most importantly, she's gentle and loving with my dogs and they absolutely love seeing her. As soon as we pull into the parking lot they get overly excited and always greet her once inside. I like that she only grooms dogs from one household at a time and doesn't overlap. I feel lucky to have found her.“
