From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being awesome! Your call center team is amazing and your pickup process is flawless!

Two days before Christmas and my relatively new dishwasher recirculating motor fought a battle with the plastic corner of what I'm guessing was from a bag of something that my wife made in the microwave for dinner when it was her turn to cook. I called an appliance parts store closer to me that I had used before and he didn't stock a single recirculating motor.. for any dishwasher. I asked him where I could get one and he started in on how there are 4 million parts.. please sir.. it's almost Christmas and my family generates dishes...read full review

Needed a part, but wanted it today. Walked into the store, and there's not really a storefront. A sign is up there with a number you can call, so I called and made an order right there! Within minutes the order was brought up to me by a great dude who was super enthusiastic to help out and seems like a great person to have as an employee. Would recommend and would be back for any other needs!

I did not know this place existed here in Indy. My dishwasher had issues, and after consulting the university of YoutTube, I was able to diagnose the problem. I extracted the broken part and started googling for a replacement. When I found these guys, I had to do some more searching to get to a something that looked like a viable solution. To make certain I had the proper part, I called Reliable's customer service number to make certain. The person on the phone pulled up the proper schematic for my dishwasher and was able to validate that I had selected the proper part. Checkout was easy over the phone.
