I had a great experience with our new floors! From the very beginning, when Rachel came out to provide the estimate, the entire process was easy and professional. The installation went smoothly, the team did a fantastic job, and they were respectful of my home throughout the process-leaving everything so clean when they left. I absolutely love how the floors turned out and would highly recommend them!
Rachel and crew were OUTSTANDING! Everything we wanted. She gave great direction in finding a floor that suits our special needs. (Hearing is an issue and noise is a problem). The plank is gorgeous; the karastan carpet is beautiful! She went above and beyond to find what we needed. The installation was professional and fabulous. We would give 10 stars if we could! And the prices are awesome!!
RiteRug installed new commercial carpet and pad in all of the common hallways for our HOA. Super pleased, no sales pressure, reasonable price, professional install, and clean job site. Thank you Rachael, Dave, Danny, Santiago, and Luis! Very well done, and probably increased our property values.
