Chip and his staff are wonderful. It is a family owned business and they treat you like you are part of their family. They always go above and beyond the expectations. Their showroom is exceptional and they take their time with you explaining the different choices and answer all of your questions.

Very good experience. Now just stop the bloody annoying commercial and get 5 stars, it's worth it to stop me from having to change channels.Annoying commercial stopped so upped to 5 stars!

We purchased our flooring with big dog flooring. They answered all of our questions (we had a lot lol), there was no pressure and they didn't try to up sale us like all the other flooring places we had been to. Prices are very reasonable. Great customer service
