We had such a great experience with big dog flooring. The people in the store were friendly and knowledgeable and their cat was also very kind in showing me around to the products 😂. The flooring we ordered came in super fast and they scheduled for the install fast as well. The crew was kind and professional even going above and beyond when it came to the transitions between the new LVP and the carpet by patching the holes around the door frame from our cats. I have purchased carpet at Big Dog flooring twice now. Curtis and Billy installed my carpet yesterday and they were the best! They spent a lot of time making sure the pattern matched at the seams and they did a great job! They were polite, kind, considerate, and I really can't say enough good things about them!
I would definitely recommend Big Dog Flooring for any carpet or vinyl flooring needs. Reasonable pricing, great selection of products, and the installers were great! Darrell and his crew were very knowledgeable, efficient, and organized during the installation of our carpet and luxury vinyl plank flooring. Installation was also quick from time of purchase to completion of the job!
