I would like to thank Chris and Ethan for responding so quickly to me having accidentally locked myself out of the house. Should I ever need lock services in the future, whether a repair or an urgent need like this morning, Broad Ripple Lock Service will be my first call.

I would give more stars if possible. Fantastic service. I needed some new keys and they were on top of it. In and out in less than 15 minutes. If I need any locksmith services, this is the place I am going

We had a jammed locked on our condominium mailbox. Broad Ripple Lock had someone out to us within 15 minutes. Both the person who answered the phone and the locksmith, Eric, were incredibly kind. Cannot recommend enough!
