Our wool rug was picked up, cleaned, and delivered in the timeframe quoted. Fransisco is exceptional at communication. The pictures speak for themselves as far as how vibrant our rug is now. The texture went from matted to super fluffy! Thank you, Lemus Services!
Talk about phenomenal work and he doesn’t leave the carpets soaking wet either. My carpets were dry within 3 hours. Having 3 dogs is impossible to keep the carpets spotless. I will definitely be using them again
