“If you have an exotic pet, give them a call.Scheduling and new patient paperwork are easily done online, and appointments can easily be confirmed via text or phone.This was our first visit to The Paw Patch, Dr. B and her staff today were amazing, excited to see the pet, professional, and personable. We took my son's gerbil in for a suspected abcess and was confirmed. He was gently and thoroughly examined.Mario has an antibiotic and an anti-inflammatory to get him back on the mend. Medication and dosing were explained well, in addition to options to try for administering. With the dose he has already been given, he was more than happy to eat a favorite treat coated in the medicines.“

“Absolutely incredible experience each and every time!I recently moved to the area and was hopeful when I saw that I had a vet down the road.I could not have been more pleased with my first visit, and all my following!I have 3 cats, 1 dog and the level of care and love they have shown my animals is incredible.My dog can get nervous and they are so patient and kind with him. He may be nervous to be at the office (not their fault, he doesn't like shots!) , but he loves all the staff dearly.When I told Dr Lee about my dog's nervousness, he encouraged me to bring him by randomly for "happy visits" to just say hello and get used to them all and that has been paramount.Just today my dog had his nails trimmed and they were so kind, patient, and QUICK! He hated every minute of it (hates paws touched!) but they could not have been more wonderful with him!10/10 could not recommend enough!“

“The best veterinary office I have ever been to. They took beautiful care of our newest addition to the family. I appreciated that they actually ran down cost for me before they did any vaccines or work on my fur baby, I have never had that courtesy at other veterinary clinics, I’m used to not being told anything and just paying a surprise cost, but City Way’s staff made sure that I knew what I would pay and what was being administered to my little love. Staff is always friendly, location is beyond clean, and scheduling is super easy. Will be taking my other fur kids here soon, too.“
“I started taking my one-eyed, blind, deaf, senior dog to Rockville Road Animal Hospital a couple of years ago. Dr. Samantha Swartzentruber was passionate, caring, thorough, and it was evident how much she truly cares about animals. She provided a care plan that prolonged my dog’s life to the ripe old age of 17 with pretty good quality of life for such an old girl. When it came time to make the toughest decision any pet owner has to make, Dr. Swartzentruber made sure that she passed peacefully. Shortly afterwards, I got a handwritten sympathy card from Dr. Swartzentruber and the staff, which was a nice touch. I would absolutely recommend this clinic and Dr. Swartzentruber.“

They make it their mission to make the animals feel safe and comfortable - they keep track of what treats and techniques each animal responds to, and wait to do any exam or shot until the animal is comfortable. My anxious pup actually (almost) likes going to the vet! They gave me more quality time with my old lady when she got sick, and after she died her vet tech wrote us a beautiful note. They really care.“

“Don't write many reviews but I've been bringing my cats here for 14 years. I moved around alot with the railroad and had plenty of vets, went through hurricane Katrina and took in a number of rescues. Dr Sue is perfect in that she isn't, great human being. Staff trys really hard. Haven't always been 100% happy with them ,but 14 years. These are the best I have dealt with, perfect no. But I know the best when I see it. You couldn't ask for any for more caring ,giving or attentive people.“
