The technician, Brad, was professional, friendly, and thorough in diagnosing our electrical issues. He took time to discuss what we would need to do to correct our problem and he answered all of our questions. The office called within a few hours to provide us with 2 quotes and schedule the repair.

Technician, Brad, arrived right in time. Solved my problem with some impressive detective work and chatting with his colleague by phone. I was nervous since I live in an old home that has confusing/old wiring. I’m so happy that my problem was fixed in a few hours. Will use again!
