The Biotrauma911 Company was extremely professional and their cleanup team did an excellent job, every detail of the clean up was thorough and this group met and exceeded all expectations. The Team and its leader formed a good working relationship with the resident of this home, were polite and respectful, and achieved the goals of providing a safe, sanitary, and attractive home. In four days, a team of three took a house with no where to sit, barely room to walk, and absolutely nothing clean and made it back into a home. The team and company were communicative, trustworthy, more hardworking than I could imagine, and tackled everything from mold to mice.

I recently chose BioTrauma-911 to clean out our basement, and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. My husband is a hoarder, and our basement was a disaster.
