“After a car accident I started PT anxious and nervous, not really knowing what to expect as this was my first time having any physical therapy. The staff was very professional very friendly. It was a relaxing and comfortable and clean atmosphere. As my therapy progressed, the doctor adjusted the plan as needed to address the issues that I was having ( neck, shoulder, lower back and ankle) even though I couldnt always fully explain the depth of what I felt at times, they were understanding and patient. Im grateful for the help I received from the staff and tips to help to continue to move forward. I truly appreciate Fyzical Therapy & Balance Centers and would highly recommend them to friends and family!“

“Look no further! Dr. Katrina is the absolute best out there and if I could give 100 stars, I would!

I hesitantly scheduled pelvic floor therapy after my second born, because of some unresolved issues after I had my first. I am definitely more of a private person when it comes to physical things, but birth somewhat changes you, so I figured pelvic floor therapy couldn't be any more embarrassing. On my first visit, I was very impressed with Dr. Katrina's knowledge and skillset, as well as her willingness to be upfront about length of care and what the entire process would look like. She truly has a way about her that puts you at ease, gives you confidence, validates you, yet at the same time, gives you hope (and she is hilarious!!)!

After a period of time, she dismissed me from services, but then I had a different, but connected issue arrive a couple of months later. I texted her and she got me in to see her, as well as offered reassurance that she would work with me to resolve this as well! I had a diagnosis from a doctor of prolapse, but Dr. Katrina did not think it was that, which gave me confidence to seek another opinion. Turns out she was exactly right, and saved me from potentially gaining a false diagnosis and treatment I didn't need. On my last visit I asked her if she was really sure that I didn't need anything else at that point, because I valued her opinion and wisdom so much, and felt as she had become a friend.

When trouble arises related to the pelvic floor, it can be scary, feel embarrassing, cause a lot of stress and worry, and sometimes you just need a brilliant professional to walk though it with you, with care and compassion. Dr. Katrina truly is that person, and I recommend her to anyone needing Pelvic Floor Therapy support!“

“Having had numerous sports injuries, I had the best experience recently with physical therapy. I saw Andrew Malloy, DPT of Community Health Network Physical Therapy at the Hillsdale Center near Community Hospital North. Dr. Malloy did a thorough evaluation, testing, and created an individualized treatment plan. His level of knowledge, clinical skills, and treatment were superior. In addition, he is personable, understanding, and highly professional. I would highly recommend him and no doubt will return for my next injury rehabilitation.“

426 S Alabama St, Indianapolis
Franciscan Health Physical Therapy CityWay Physical Therapists

“This location offers pelvic floor physical therapy on Tuesdays and Fridays. I was able to call to schedule an appointment and set up my initial evaluation for a few days after. This was a really quick turn around time compared to other locations/clinics in the city (most were 2-3+months out when I was looking in October). Insurance and intake information was collected over the phone because I was new to the network. Prior to my appointment, I received text and email reminders where I could complete all the usual intake forms. The online system was really simple to navigate. The facility is connected to the YMCA, with its own clearly marked entrance and dedicated parking for Franciscan visitors. Check in on the second floor with the receptionist is easy (she always makes sure I uploaded my car license plate so I wasn't charged for parking) and there is a seated area. All my sessions began on time. The pelvic floor physical therapist was thorough, tailored programing to my needs, and always ensured we worked toward my goals. I really could not recommend this service more, I am so happy with results and the service! My insurance was always billed in a timely manner.“
